- Products damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Requests made after the allowed time period
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and clear photographic evidence (where applicable)

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If a returned product is approved after inspection
- If an order is canceled by Organic Dhaka due to unavailability or other valid reasons
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method and payment gateway processing time.
5. Mode of Refund
- Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services, as applicable
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
In case of failed, duplicate, or erroneous transactions, refunds will be handled in accordance with the respective payment gateway’s policies and applicable Bangladesh e-commerce regulations.
7. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests may be accepted before order processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
