5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or order verification.
  • Organic Dhaka reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or failure to verify customer information.
  • Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch, subject to approval.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines and charges are clearly communicated before order confirmation.
  • Organic Dhaka follows Bangladesh E-Commerce Guidelines regarding timely delivery or customer notification in case of delay.
  • Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, logistics issues, or force majeure events shall not result in liability.

7. Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of delivery.
  • Any issues must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Failure to report within the stated time may result in rejection of claims.

8. Return, Refund & Replacement

  • Returns or refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Due to the perishable and organic nature of products, return eligibility may be limited.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the timeframe prescribed by Bangladesh regulations and payment gateways.
